Cloud-seeding in Victoria to induce rainfall in another State


8. Cloud-seeding in Victoria to induce rainfall in another State

At the request of the Minister of an adjoining State administering any Act
corresponding with this Act the Minister may authorise rain-making operations
to be carried out in Victoria to promote rainfall in the adjoining State.

    Hello, I think the rain making control act is either ignored, or has been used to authorise spraying our skies. I wonder if it's possible to issue an FOIA to find out whether Brumby or Bailleu has made some deal to intoxicate Victoria.
